Booking Page
Customize your clinic's public booking page, choose which services and doctors patients can book, and share the link on Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
Every clinic gets a public booking page at sign-up. This guide walks you through making it your own and putting the link where your patients already are.
Your Booking Page
Your booking page lives at dentare.io/c/<your-slug>. Anyone with the link can visit it - patients, social-media followers, walk-ins. It shows your clinic name, services, working hours, and a button patients tap to book online.
By default, the page is filled in with your clinic name, phone, address, and hours. You can share the link on day one without configuring anything. Customizing it is optional, but a clean page builds trust.
Where to Edit It
Open Dentare and go to Settings -> Booking page. Every change is saved instantly and appears on your public page within a second or two.
Choose Your Style
Pick how the page looks. You can change:
- Accent color for buttons and highlights. The default is a clean blue that works for most clinics.
- Background color for the page. The default is a soft off-white.
- Hero style: gradient, solid, or minimal. Try each and pick the one that fits your clinic.
- Font: DM Sans, Inter, or Poppins.
- Card corners: rounded, compact, or full-rounded.
If you are not sure, leave the defaults. They are designed to look good for any dental clinic.
What Appears on the Page
Decide what patients see. Toggle each one on or off:
- Phone number
- Clinic address
- Working hours
- Service prices
- "Powered by Dentare" badge
You can also add a short tagline (under 80 characters) and a longer bio describing your clinic.
Services Patients Can Book
Open the Services section. For each service:
- Toggle Show on booking page to make it visible publicly.
- Drag the order to control how services are listed. Most-popular first usually works best.
- Toggle Show price if you want patients to see the cost before booking.
Services you do not toggle on still exist in your system. They are hidden from the public page only. Internal-only treatments stay private.
Doctors Patients Can Book
Open the Doctors section. For each doctor in your clinic, toggle whether patients can pick them when booking. Useful when one doctor takes online bookings and others do not, for example while a new hire trains.
Social Links
Patients often check Instagram or Google before booking. Add the links you have. Leave blank what you do not:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Google Reviews
Each link gets a branded icon that opens in a new tab on the public page.
Share Your Page
The fastest way to fill your schedule is to put the link where patients already see you. Pick the platforms where your clinic has a presence and add the link to each.
Add to Instagram
Open your Instagram profile. Tap Edit profile. Paste the link into the Website field and save.
Most clinics see the first online bookings within a week of adding the link to Instagram alone.
Add to WhatsApp Business
Open the WhatsApp Business app. Go to Settings -> Business profile -> Website. Paste the link and save.
Patients who already message your clinic on WhatsApp now have a direct path to self-book without waiting for a reply.
Add to TikTok
Open your TikTok profile. Tap Edit profile. Paste the link into the Website field.
Print a QR Code
The activation email we send when you sign up includes a QR code that points at your booking page. Save the image and print it. Common placements that work well:
- The reception desk countertop
- Appointment cards you hand out at the end of each visit
- Waiting-room flyers
- The back of business cards
Patients scan with their phone camera and the booking page opens. No app, no typing.
Languages
Set which languages your booking page is available in. Open the Languages section in your booking-page settings.
Pick a default and any extras. When patients land on the page, they see it in your default language. If they speak something else and your page supports it, a small switcher appears.
Logo and Banner
A logo upload and a banner image are not customizable today. The page uses your clinic name in clean type at the top, which works well for a booking page where the goal is "easy to scan, fast to book."
