Book an Appointment Online

Walk through booking an appointment with your dental clinic online, what happens after, and how to reach the clinic if you need help.

Your clinic offers online booking through Dentare. This guide shows you how to find an open appointment time and reserve it from your phone or computer.

What You'll Need

  • The booking page link your clinic shared with you (in an email, on Instagram, WhatsApp, or printed at reception)
  • A few minutes to choose a time that works
  • Your name, email, and phone number

Finding Your Clinic's Booking Page

Two ways to get there:

  • From your clinic's email: tap the "Book an appointment" button in any email your clinic sent through Dentare.
  • Direct link: every clinic has a booking page at dentare.io/c/<your-clinic>. If you have the link from a printed card or the clinic's social media, paste it into your browser.

If you don't have a link, ask reception. They can text or email it to you in a moment.

Booking an Appointment

Choose a Service

Pick the reason for your visit from the list. Common ones include cleaning, checkup, or consultation. Tap the one that fits.

Pick a Doctor

If your clinic has more than one doctor, choose who you want to see. If there's only one doctor, this step is skipped automatically.

Pick a Date and Time

Open dates show available slots. Closed dates (holidays, the clinic's days off) are greyed out and cannot be selected. Tap an open date, then choose a time that works for you.

Confirm Your Details

Type your first name, last name, email, and phone number. If your email is already on file with the clinic, you may be asked for a 6-digit code sent to your inbox to confirm it's you.

Submit

Tap Book. You'll see a confirmation message on the screen.

What Happens After You Book

You'll get a confirmation email within a minute. The clinic also sees your booking immediately and may follow up if anything needs to be confirmed (for example, a longer procedure that requires special preparation).

If your clinic uses appointment reminders, you'll get one a day or two before your visit by email, SMS, or WhatsApp - whichever channel you opted into when booking.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

Online cancellation is not available yet. If you need to cancel or move your appointment:

  • Call the clinic directly. The phone number is at the top of your booking page.
  • Email or message the clinic if you have an existing communication thread with them.

The clinic will move you to a new time and confirm by email.

Privacy

Your information is shared only with your clinic. Dentare runs the booking system on the clinic's behalf - the clinic owns your medical record and is responsible for how it's used.

If you have questions about how your clinic handles your data, contact them directly. They can also delete your data on request.

If You Can't Find a Time That Works

The booking page shows the doctor's published availability. Some clinics have additional capacity by phone request - emergencies, last-minute cancellations, doubled-up slots - that doesn't appear online.

Call the clinic directly if nothing on the booking page works. Reception can often find a time that the public page doesn't show.
